About New America Movement

The New America Movement is about how America is vastly moving to the left. Americans are not aware of how fast this country is changing.  The LEFT has an agenda to move us to socialism, complete dependency on big government, globalizing America and destroying our economy.  The LEFT is about taking our Free Speech away, limiting the religious voice, and living in a world without a sense of morality.  The Left’s approach is anything goes, and everything is right, as long as it is not moral based.

The New America Movement Podcast is about educating our citizens on the evils of the Left ideology.  We must pull together with one voice and stop the slippery slope into a world where we as Americans can lose our freedom and become consumed by big government control.  We must stand unified with bold courage and be unshaken at the sound of the LEFT’s voice.  We must stand and not bow when fear is in our face!  We must keep the VISION of our Founding Fathers who established the principals of greatness:  God, Family and Country! 

About David Cox

David A. Cox was born to a struggling Memphis musician in 1958. From such humble beginnings, David learned the difficulties of life first hand, as well as, the importance of hard work and perseverance, experiencing periods of extreme poverty and homelessness. These experiences have strengthened David’s resolve to make a difference in his world, to help those that find themselves outside of mainstream opportunities.

Finding it necessary to drop out of high school, David worked odd jobs to support his family when they continued to find themselves in hardship. When his brothers were better able to stand on their own, David went back to school and earned his GED. He started his own businesses and later attended Bible college where he earned credentials to pastor.  In 1984 David and his wife Lorraine began pastoring in the state of South Carolina and faithfully served their community in that role for 33 years. 

David and Lorraine share a passion for the entrepreneurial spirit. During their 35 years in SC, they started their own real estate business and other successful ventures. With some help from their local church congregation, the Coxes began reaching out to those that found themselves in situations much like those of David’s early years.

David and Lorraine help the once disenfranchised become self-sufficient through their small business. They employ dozens and have helped many go on to create their own businesses. .

David is proud to be a South Carolina family man. He and his wife of 37 years, Lorraine, have 2 children: Kristina and Jordan and one grandchild. David believes it is his duty to help maintain and promote strong families and family values for the sake of our community.
